Howard Dockery - Vice President, Development

Howard Dockery is the Vice President of Development.  He is the principal developer of the Simmons Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) system.  Before joining Simmons, he was the managing and general partner with Data Processing Consulting Services and worked in several strategic positions with Texas Instruments in Dallas.

Dr. Dockery is a member of the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) and participates in ASTM's task group on Statistical Inventory Reconciliation.  Dr. Dockery was awarded Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Mathematical Statistics from Oklahoma State University, and holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of Missouri at Rolla.
